Hi guys, sorry to ask here, but I can’t find any information on free domestic ground shipping service. How long would it take to get to Miami, Florida? If I buy today (Sunday) when would you send it to me?. Thanks!.

We are in California expect a 3 to 5 days transit time and currently, we have two days processing time. Or Sunday will not go out until Tuesday

Hi Joseph, I have another question, could you invoice this as if I were buying 1 kit or 2 kits? Because if you invoice me as individual items, the customs of my country does not allow more than 3 identical individual items (the problem are the cables). But if I declare it as a pack, there would be no problem, and I also need to pack it together (at least the cables in a same bag, they shouldn’t be separated), can you do that?, If you can, I would buy. Thanks!.

Hi , where can I find the power cable for this device ?

Support

These use a common standard power cord. Remember the old desktop monitor or computer type of power cord? That kind.

Hi. Looking at the 80 PLUS report, the typical efficiency is only about 92.48% which is not 94% as shown in description. Is the report up-to-date? Thanks.

Support
2 months 15 days ago

If you look at the table above the graph you will see efficiency at a certain output capacity. Here you have 93.41% at 751 watts | 94.699% at 380 watts | 89.37% at 77watt. As you can see it is Platinum at 94%. The efficiency however varies depending on the output. If you ask me at 100% output 751watt you get 93.41% that would be my preferred setting!

I am thinking about ordering this product. The description says that the input is 100-240V. Does this mean I will not get the full 750W capabilities if my outlet only allows 120V?

Support
1 month 24 days ago

No, you will. It’s a great question because the 1200watt will be reduced to 900 watts on 120ACv. The 750 however will retain its watts output at 120 but at a price. The fan will be loud when near capacity. In my opinion, the 750 Platinum is a better deal than the 1200watt when using it at 120AC. However, when 240Ac is available the difference between 1200/750 is worth it.

Hello. I just received this PSU in the mail and it doesn’t have a power cord. I want to hook the units up to my 220V transformer to get maximum output, but I’m not sure which power cord I need to use.Could you please provide a part number or something I can search on to make sure I get the right thing?

I don’t want to break anything.

Also, I wasn’t anticipating needing 2 power cords. Is there a way to run both units on one 220 cable?

Again, I don’t want to break anything.

Also, is there a user manual somewhere explaining what to do with the two microboards and how to hook these things together to be one unit?

I’m hooking it to an Avalon 721 mining rig.

Support
12 days 12 hours ago

Within the industries of mining or IT server, we cannot know if the PSU unit will be used in the USA, UK, NZ, HK, etc. Will it be used on 200-240V, 277V, 100V, or American standard 110/120V? Will it be plugged into a wall outlet or a PDU unit? If a PDU unit, which type of plugs are available on it? Are there any specific local or government laws at the destination address related to PSUs, PDUs, and power cords?

Each of the countries we ship to use different types of outlet receptacles and so we simply don’t include power cords. That said, we do state in our listing exactly what is included in these kits and the type of power cord required.

Most of the PSUs will require a C13 power cord, a standard computer power cord that you can source locally. We offer power cords separately here: https://www.parallelminer.com/product-tag/power-cord/

I just bought this kit and did a first setup with x2 RTX3080 GPUs (one for each 750w PSU) and both LCD monitor lights came on for the breakout board. I shut the system down and added another card on each PSU and only one of the lights on the breakout board comes on , I can shut off the PSUs by pressing the on/off button on any of the breakout boards but one of the boards is not turning on the GPUs installed on it or displaying anything on the LCD, please advice

Very informative, with all the speccs easily arranged for any questions you might have.
And last but not least, great and fast shipping even to Europe, FedEx even called me, in my native language, asking how to import the product because I listed myself and my firm. So they wanted to hear how they should handle the import tax, and arrived a week early.

I placed two separate orders of these. Both orders were missing interconnect cables, rubber feet, and both had broken breakout boards. According to customer service: “Occasionally in shipping, the acrylic is damaged but this does not affect the functionality of the breakout board. Since cosmetic damage does not affect the functionality, we do not replace breakout boards when this happens.”. It’s true that the breakout boards are functioning but I think with proper shipping/packaging, damage to the acrylic could be avoided. If this is a known issue, you would think that you could have worked out a solution by now. Also, I think you should let customers know if an item is missing components before they place their order in case they are working with tight deadlines. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to provide honest feedback. Please take it for what it’s worth.

These were surprisingly quiet for server psu and extremely efficient at being able to power a large quantity of low powered cards and risers without worry of using splitters. The pcie cables purchased with them were even a 16 gauge high quality cable (i was expecting 18). I will absolutely be buying more from parallel miner in the future when I need more power.

Andre, the odds of having two bad PSU on arrival is very very slim. Something is not right. Unplug everything, just test one PSU at a time with one breakout board. Connect the power cord to the PSU and with the breakout board installed press the black button in the middle of the breakout board. Also just to make sure as I have seen this in the past. Can you check the label on the PSU and check that it does say 110AC/240AC. Sometimes within our batches, we’ve seen 750 being only 200AC volt compatible. Shipping staff cannot make the difference as they look the same. Please let me know.

Would be a decent deal, but missing the interlink cable still after two months. One of the PSUs is very loud, but works fine. The other is much quieter. Would consider more, but since it’s taking over 2 months to get a simple interlink cable, I have to wonder about any warranty requests.
