Admittedly this is probably my fault as I am new to this and tried to do it without instructions ( non provided) so i just did what came natural and plugged in the power cords to the riser and the power supply. (they did not send me the 6 to 8 splitters) Plugged the USB into risers and then to the mother board in the card slots. Connected the power to the mother board using the cable provided ( also did not come with the original shipment) The 24 for the power source and the 4 for the CPU. The fans were also connected to the power cable provided. This resulted in my monitor power cord as well as the monitor cable attached to the mother board melting and my mother board catching on fire in under a minute. Not sure what, if any damage was done to five graphic cards I had connected.

My bottom line is take a good inventory as soon as you receive the product and make sure everything is there. If you do not know what you are doing stay away.

    Other info:
I had a Biostart TB250 BTC PRO mother board
    Pentium G4400 LGA 1151 processor
    4 1070 video cards
    1 AMD 580

The shipping was fast and it was relatively easy to set up. Then the problems started. The board for the fans would not stay attached to the bar it was glued to, so it just dangled there. All 6 of the risers on the top were not functional and only one fan worked. When I contacted support they sent me replacement risers and a replacement control board for the fans even though I said I thought the fans were bad. After I received the replacement control bored and the fans still did not work, they been sent me replacement fans. It is finally up and running , after two weeks. Before I ordered it I emailed support, telling them I needed it to have a little problems as possible because I had the opportunity to build 11 more of these for my investor. Sadly, do to all of the problems, my investor isn’t going to get any more.
