Jeff –
Really please with the build. Used a rubber mallet to pound the ends together, but overall very good quality.
Everything is nicely laid out, long enough cables, and spacing enough for air cooling. Love the compact 1200w PSU.
(Back vwhen I had to rid 2-3 PDU’s to make it work, this is much easier and works great.)
Comes with a simple push button to start PSU or turn off.
Everything sits stung together so I don’t need to worry about lose connections, or items becoming unseated.

The best mining rig available, period. It’s heavy duty and sturdy, and it keeps all of my rigs running steady. It already comes with a power supply for your graphics cards, and it’s a very powerful power supply unit. I’m saving up now to purchase another one, and hope to build another mining rig with it! You won’t be disappointed, superb workmanship!

I gotta say this, the team over at ParallelMiner has some of the best customer service that I have experienced yet in the mining community.
After ordering several of these rig kits from ParallelMiner, I had one arrive in which the riser cards were not aligned well and therefore the GPUs were not able to sit flush or screw in correctly. I contact the customer service and they immediately sent out a brand new rig kit with 2 day shipping. The second one had no problems just like all the others that I had ordered.
I will definitely be coming back to ParallelMiner for all my mining needs in the future. They provide a truly quality service at an excellent price point.
Thank you all so much for the great products and the great service.

Haven’t received my mining case. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I’ve left messages and have yet to receive a call back. Calling my bank tomorrow. Very disappointed.

Kind of annoyed there is no way to link the secondary PSU with the mainboard PSU. No way to force secondary PSU to turn on after a power outage.
Not sure which is wrong – but the motherboard prevented me from using both holes from the PSU. It was off by a very small amount, but enough to prevent me from using both holes.
(I think the motherboard screw set was just out of alignment. A shame since there is a good 1.5 inches of clearance at the other side of the frame)

I received the case extremely late after being promised four day turnaround time maximum. It took over 3-4 weeks to receive. I understand they are busy, so that is not why I’m leaving a 1-star review.
This case came with incorrectly positioned grommets. I had to remove some of them to be able to use the case.
Even then, the case still managed to short the motherboard I purchased. Thinking it might have been DOA, I booted up an old motherboard to validate it worked (with the same PSU), turned it off, fixed it into the case and it didn’t boot up. That one is also no longer working. I’ve built well over 20 computers, and never shorted a single one, but I’ve burnt through two motherboards.
I am extremely unsatisfied with this purchase. I hope Parallelminer is willing to rectify the situation.

Oh my gosh. This is EXACTLY the problems that I am having as well. Very disappointed.
No way to link the secondary PSU with the mainboard PSU. Can’t even get the secondary PSU to turn on automatically. Overall, the power supply that comes with it is awful; it needs someway of switching on without me manually jabbing a stick in it every time. Can I just solder it to stay on???
Also, the motherboard prevented me from using the screw wholes for the PSU. There is 1.5 inches of clearance at the other side of the frame???

Hi Team,
I have order this kit from you via order#11577 and it the whole thing just is great. One problem, power supply stopped working in less than 8h from powering rig up.
I sent out an email via email us, but have no received a reply back. I know PSU failure can happen, and I see you guys have a 4 day wait period to process things. Maybe that applies to customer support and warranty items as well. Please reach out to me when you can.
Thank you
Atilla

Tried to call again, shipping & receiving, nope… Accounting… Nope. So long story short I am excited with the looks of the product sure, but it will not power on… sigh. Please return my call. 🙂

Love this frame! When I first received the frame I was missing some cables as well as the wrong breakout board. Customer service took care of me immediately and rushed me out the missing cables and the correct breakout board.
