Is this ATX cable new? Can this handle more than 180 watts and help power GPUs directly connected to the motherboard?

I wouldn’t use this to power GPUs through the motherboard. If you’re going to be drawing a significant fraction of the 180W rating of the ZSX or picopsu (50% is my threshold) then I’d strongly recommend powering the EPS connector on the motherboard directly from the 6 pin pcie power ports of the ZSX board. There are pcie 8 pin to eps 8 pin adapters on amazon for ~$10 or you can just grab a female EPS connector (from mainframe customs or moddiy, likely others as well) and swap the female 6 pin on a parallel miner pcie power cable for an 8 pin eps with 2 pins missing. Just make sure you have the pinout correct, otherwise you can swap ground and +12V on your motherboard, which I’d expect to take out quite a bit of hardware.

It would be really great if parallel miner could create a 24″ pcie 6 pin to eps 4+4 (or eps 8 pin, i don’t think 4+4 is relevant anymore) cable to match the atx cable on the ZSX module. I personally am running ryzen cpus on my rigs now to mine on the CPUs as well, and the 180W power limit prohibits running the higher end chips like the 3900x with complete confidence.

Can this be used to power a board that is CPU mining? For example a 3700x or 3900x mining monero

That cable set is proprietary to be used with a ZSX breakout board ONLY. The ZSX board Motherboard side is maxed out at 200watt. Just enough to power a mining rig with GPU’s on risers but not enough for CPU mining

is this included in the power supply kit with PSU, ZSX Board etc? or should i need to buy separately?

The 24 pin atx cable does not work and is defective. Fortunately i ordered a backup 24 pin cable and it works.
