Hi all, I bought a Delta 2400 with 2x X11 breakout boards and pcie cables but I have no output, I am booting the pc off an atx psu and it boots fine but the Delta isnt switching on. Has anyone had this problem themselves? I tried different power cables (as suggested by support) and swapped the breakout boards but all I get is one yellow led and a short rev of the fans with a flicker of green led. Could my new Delta be DOA?

Hi, are you aware that this PSU requires 200/240 AC volts to operate? If that is not the issue this PSU has two power bars, one is master “controlling on/off” the other is a slave. Make sure you press the power button of the X11 on the master side,

Hi Joseph, yes I am in Australia so 240v is normal here. I have pressed the button and I only get a flicker of green light with momentary spin up of the fans then back to yellow status light. I have swapped the boards and it made no difference. The voltage display shows nothing on either board. I have been emailing support about this for nearly a week now, I need this rectified to get all of my gpus working. Please help.

Hi, unplug everything and use the process of eliminating possibilities. First, just the PSU and breakout board ‘Without any cable installed” Power on, if good now we know the PSU is not the problem. If you are using the ZSX board or Pico. Connect the minimum to post on your Motherboard. Minimum CPU, MEMORY, Video Card. NO HDD or SDD. If post to Bios … Now we know that is good. Review this if you have the ZSX board Finally, do the same for all your GPU’s and cables. Sometimes it can be one inverted polarity cable out of many! Keep us posted and if you target any part coming from us. We will replace it for you. Oh, I just remember the Delta 2400 PSU has two POWER bars. One is Master one is Slave. Only the master side controls the on/off. The slave will just follow

Wouldn’t 12.5v input to a GPU be somewhat of a risk in damaging components in the GPU?
