You only connect 1 x pico in the first atx power connector on the board and also power the 8 pin CPU power using the 4 pin connector provided on the pico. The 4 pin connector can only go in one way so you can’t fry anything. You also do not need to connect the any power to the 3 four pin molex connectors. I’m running 4 Asus B250 boards using Delta 2400W psu’s and 160W pico’s. 1 x Delta 2400W psu powers the board and 13x RX580 gpu’s without any problems at all.
